“ Absolutely love this place! My family and I come in at least once a month. Whether it's take out or dine in, we can't get enough. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and the place itself feels cozy; like you're eating a home cooked meal in their home. My family and I always get Spicy rice cakes, japchae, kimchi fried rice, and spicy tofu soup. We've tried to find rice cakes as good as they make them here and no place has ever amounted. Truly an SCV treasure. ”

“ Tofu House is honestly one of my favorite spots in SCV for Vietnamese/Korean food! It's a great spot with two different style restaurants inside. We were seated immediately when we arrived and we've never had to wait to be seated. Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. They make their boba from scratch and even give out fresh samples sometimes. My favorite dish was the tofu soup which you can get regular - really spicy. For only 14$ it comes with the soup, and 5 sides including a bowl or rice. My friend got the kids pho which was also really good, and even for a kids size the pho it was such a humongous portion. We shared the shrimp rolls as well which were super refreshing. The green onion pancake is by far one of the best dishes on the menu and it comes with an amazing sauce. They also have a variety of little desserts like the macaroon icecream sandwhich which is always really yummy! ”
“ This was our first time at Lee's Korean BBQ & Tofu House. Overall we found the food to be generous in portion and quite tasty. There are limited, but again tasty, options for vegetarians and we didn't leave disappointed or hungry. The atmosphere could use a bit of a recombobulation. There are a lot of "work" stations around so it's hard to know if you're seated in the dining area or an area where prep or cleaning is happening. Besides that we liked the food we got. My wife ordered the Tofu Soup which came out bubbling and a beautiful golden color. That plus the sizzle of the Vegan Deluxe Hot Pot that was brought made us realize, hey it's dinner AND a show...and the food is performing for us. When it calmed down a little we started to eat it. It was all really good, and plentiful. You definitely won't go hungry here. We also got a Chives Pancake which was large and a nice counterpoint to the spicier dishes we ordered. Our server was friendly and the food come out really quickly too. (There was only one other person in the restaurant on this Thursday night so not sure how that speed is maintained when it's busier. We wish they had more vegetarian options, but what we did have was good and we'd happily eat it again. ”
